Praha Móda is committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find details on how we process shipping and returns.

Shipping

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow some time for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

It takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order after it is placed.

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Shipping and delivery typically take 2-5 business days after order processing. If a product is in limited stock, there may be an additional 2 to 3 business days delay.

Rest assured, we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Orders are handled by our logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping is free.

Our logistics team continuously monitors the situation and provides regular updates to customers if needed.

You can expect to hear from us within 2-3 days to maintain clear and transparent communication.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will guide you through the next steps.

To ensure your return reaches us safely and is eligible for a refund, we ask that all returns are sent only after receiving instructions from us, via tracked shipping. This helps protect both you and us from delays or lost shipments, and ensures we can process your return as quickly as possible once the item is delivered and passes inspection.

Please note:

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Orders are processed quickly. If a customer requests cancellation shortly after placing an order, the request will be assessed and handled where operationally possible. The customer support team works with customers to achieve a fair resolution.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and passes a brief quality check.
